Restoring stability for MNUFC should start with permanent CSO job for Stebbins
MNUFC can't afford any more instability at the top. Making Hank Stebbins the permanent chief soccer officer would help move the club back to solid ground.
In one sense, the winter transfer window for MNUFC doesn't begin for four more months.
In another sense, in a planning sense, it started years ago. And in a season in which MNUFC has lost its coach, its CEO, and its chief soccer officer, the one thing they can't afford is losing another transfer window.
Luckily for them, they can hire a rising star as CSO in the time it takes to change the title on his office door.
