After a quiet summer transfer window, Minnesota United has to hope its team is better than its results

I'm not the only person that looks at the underlying numbers and thinks that Minnesota United might be better than its recent results indicate.

After what will go down as an overall quiet summer transfer window, the Loons have to hope that those underlying numbers are closer to the reality.

Nothing here is ever legal or investing advice... but I can tell you what I think you should do.

The underlying numbers say that the Loons have played well post-World Cup. But the results don't begin to match.

Minnesota's moves are one loan out, one signing in, and two contract extensions.

This is probably not how Hank Stebbins wanted to get a top job in MLS - but now, the interim Chief Soccer Officer has to steer the MNUFC ship.
